Good service and fresh food. The sushi was ok, but the pancakes and bibimbap were excellent.

I was here for the second time today and I have to say it was delicious again. Due to Corona, you can scan the menu using a QR code and then conveniently view it as a PDF file. However, the reception from the smartphone is poor without WLAN, but the operator cannot help that. The WLAN key was available on request. The service is friendly and nice and if you can speak a few words in Korean, the operators are happy ?

I have no idea why the chief adds so much vinegar to cold noodle. I felt my throat was burning. I just had to throw it away and couldn't believe the restaurant sold this kind of dish. I complained about it to the owner but she said there's no problem and it's their recipe. I've had more than 100bowls of Korean cold noodle, Naengmyun, but never experienced this vinegar soup. I just hope my dish was a mistake. In addition, adding vinegar to cold noodle, Naengmyun, is a choice of consumers in most of Korean restaurants. Chiefs never add vinegar without consumers' permission.

I was there the first time and the friendly owners and the tasty food were really awesome.

Very authentic Korean and Japanese food. The bibimbap was very delicious and in a real stone pot like in Korea. Also the fried tempura vegetables were very good. Full recommendation!

The tables were cleaned properly and the seating was extremely comfortable. This restaurant really has the potential to become my next favorite. There you get both: friendly and fast service. I would have loved to try my hand at hunger, but then it would be nop There was more room for good food.

Absolutely first class! Authentic Korean food and excellent Japanese food in a beautiful location and great value for money! We went to the Domo for dinner today. We were warmly welcomed. The toilets were exceptionally clean and the hygiene guidelines were adhered to perfectly - especially during Corona times, a fragrant, high-quality disinfectant was available at the entrance. Our Tempura Moriawase was very generously dimensioned, beautifully presented and delicious in taste. With one of the best Ebi Tempura I have ever eaten in Germany and three times as big as one is used to from convenience goods. The Ebi Maki were also wonderfully tender and fresh, the rice, wonderfully flavored in the typical Japanese style, with a delicate sour taste. The homemade kimchi had a very mild taste and was well matured, and even for European palates it was not even hot, rather spicy. The jajiangmyeon (noodles with black bean sauce) were super authentic and delicious in taste, especially the high quality noodles. All products are freshly selected and carefully put together. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, the dishes are well put together and tasty, and that for an absolutely reasonable price in the middle segment. We would love to come back here, especially because of the very friendly, concerned and courteous service. Thank you for this great experience!

My best discovery in Mainz this month! The owner was super nice and the food absolutely delicious. I had the bulgogi and recommend it! The quantity was perfect. Next time I'll try the sushi! I look forward to the next time! ?

It is always a pleasure to eat here. The couple who run the Domo make an effort and are very friendly and courteous. We are often here for lunch. But even in the evening (better with reservation) the Domo is always good. The great mix of Korean and Japanese delicacies simply tastes great. My personal tip: at lunchtime the lunch bento or like the Udon noodle soup and clearly the bi-bim-bap

The staff worked straightforward, clean and friendly. The seats were cleaned excellently and the chairs were extremely comfortable. The restaurant is always nice and we had a great afternoon. I mostly didn't want to share the dessert with my followers at all. We have learned something from it and everyone will order a dessert the next time.

Friendly service, delicious food. My Bibimbap was with fried egg instead of raw egg, I have never seen it like this.

It doesn't taste any seasoning, but it's very delicious kimchi stew that reminds me of home rice :-) Soon tofu stew, Bulgogi, and Dolsot bibimbap are also very good! Very delicious!

Small cozy place for get-togethers with close people

It is a restaurant where you can eat just fine with common taste. Gimbap was also okay. It wasn't good because there were too many vegetables in Tteokbokki. When I ordered it before, the rice cake was too hard and you....I didn't want to make it again because it wasn't tasteless. We would appreciate it if you pay more attention to the ingredients. All the stew types were good, and the naengmyeon was delicious too! As usual, bibimbap is about flat. Japchae was also delicious. Come to think of it, I went quite often! I will visit again soon.

I've never eaten such a tasty bibimbap outside of Asia - I'm so glad my friend brought me here. The kimchi is divine <3 and the service was totally friendly. I'll be back for sure (preferably directly today: D).

Great place with delicious Korean food and great sushi. Probably the best in Mainz if not in Germany. True to sushi cuisine the nigiri included wasabi as ordained by the chef - great combination of tastes!

Excellent Korean and some Japanese food. The owners are SO kind as well, they've gotten to know us over the years of return visits for nearly every birthday, school success, etc. The sushi, haemul paejon, and korean chicken wings are favorites. I often see other guests getting hotpots or fun looking grill at table set ups, but we always stick to our favorites.

A Korean restaurant with sushi offerings. The service is very nice and attentive. The portions are big and fill you up, especially the seaweed soup and the seafood pancake.

I had the chicken curry here. I really loved it. It tasted awesome and they served my table pretty fast once the food was ready. If i'm in the area I'll definitely come here again in the future.

Definitely go for the Korean food cause even though the sign says they're specialized on Korean and Japanese food! I dont consider their Japanese food authentic, but the Korean is (the owner, the waiter are all Koreans). Japanese food is just more appealing to the German public, but the restaurant is Korean at heart.

Two stars only because the people from the staff were nice. This place smells of deep fried food. After visiting you also will smell like this. The appetizer (shrimps and vegetables) was so deep fried - we couldn't feel the taste of the food beneath 1 cm fried fat covering. We had bigger expecations due to the previous comments. There is no enough space between the tables and different guests.

Go for the Korean food! The Japanese stuff is not bad, but there are better options. That said if you feel like you want to have both, this is definitely the place to go to!
